Q. Are there any agency fees, included when renting property.
A. No fees are included when renting property from us.

Q. After property has been rented, who deals with any maintenance problems.
A. If the property is under management we will deal with any maintenance problems. If the property being rented is a straight let property then any maintenance problems have to be reported to the landlord of the property in question.

Q. What is the minimum contract available.
A. The minimum contract available is six months.

Q. Can contracts be broken before the expiry date.
A. Contracts cannot be broken. All contracts have to be seen through to the end date.

Q. What is the amount of deposit required.
A. Deposits always have to be equal to a months rent.

Q. Can contracts be extended after the short hold tenancy ends.
A. Tenants can stay for up to 1-2 weeks extra after a tenancy ends, however costs for the extra periods will have to be paid upfront.

Q. How soon are deposits returned.
A. Deposits are returned within a period of 10 days after the tenancy ends.

Q. Can new contracts be signed when current shorthold tenancies expire.
A. Contracts can always be renewed providing  we are notified a month in advance.

Q. Do the names of people who rent property all have to have their names on the contracts.
A. Yes, all people who move into a property have to go onto the contracts.

Q. How does the deposit and rent advance have to be paid.
A. The deposit and rent advance always have to be paid in cash. Thereafter rent can be paid by cheque or direct debit
